The art of tasting

Beer tasting is a rather complicated and responsible process,
therefore, tasting a foamy drink must be approached with responsibility.
To appreciate the taste of low-alcohol drinks, it is recommended to observe the following rules:

  • Before tasting, you must carefully examine all the varieties presented in the bar. It is important to consider the color and bitterness of the product. If both light and dark varieties are offered, then you need to start with the first. This is due to the fact that after drinking semi-dark beer and porter, the taste buds become dull, after which light beer becomes less tasty.
  • Product temperature plays a very important role. Too cold can seem simple and tasteless, while warm, on the contrary, is too bitter and has an unpleasant aroma.
  • It is important to choose the right glass. Here it is required to take into account the variety; it is recommended to use a glass of a certain shape for each style.
  • It is not recommended to use perfume, smoke, or eat spicy food before tasting. After tasting each variety, it is recommended to rinse the mouth with water, or pass a piece of white bread
